For years, I’ve been talking about the importance of living a conscious life. This applies to all aspects of our lives—including parenting. So I was beyond excited and honored when my publisher at Best Self Magazine introduced me to Sandra Beck, one of the top radio hosts in the country. Sandra is a strong supporter of women’s empowerment and hosts numerous radio shows that are broadcast to an international audience—including Motherhood Talk Radio and Military Mom Talk Radio.

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to be a guest on one of Sandra’s shows to talk about conscious motherhood.
