Everywhere I look people are experiencing change, transitions of one kind or another.  Some are extremely big, others small.  There is a great deal of unknown we are wading through. Time is accelerating, people feel overwhelmed, miscommunications abound, and there is an uneasiness in the air in regards to the state of our nation. It is imperative we check in with ourselves and make adjustments accordingly; if not, things may seem to spin out of control.

Change is inevitable.  Sometimes the only thing we have power over is how we accept it, or not.  I once told my mother, “I know you did not bring me into this world merely to survive,” I told her, “you brought me here to thrive!”  Thriving means something different to each of us.  It’s important to define what thriving means to you.  With respect and compassion to all the change everyone is experiencing at this time, I am sharing a list of things to reflect on during change.  Please add to this list.  Our hope at Conscious and Carefree is that this is a dialogue where we can build resources and strengths, together.  We’d love to hear what works for you in times of change.
