As an Executive and Empowerment Coach, for 20 years I have helped my clients’ dreams become their daily lives. I have worked with Olympic athletes, CEOs, physicians, artists, and entrepreneurs in the real estate, entertainment, arts, philanthropy, food and beverage, biotechnology, nutrition, and wellness industries. I support individuals, teams, and organizations through personal and professional transformation. I am a mom to two brilliant children and two marvelous step-children. Alongside my husband, love of my life, I enjoy play, adventure, life near the ocean, enlightened friends, sharing perspective, philosophies, wisdom, and taking action alongside those “going for it” in life. I love writing articles and music about the human experience, translating thoughts, feelings, and ideas into action.
