There’s one constant in life, change.  We can resist it, we can loathe it, or we can simply befriend it.  Some people enjoy change and welcome it with open arms.  It can be a breath of fresh air,  a welcome surprise, even an unexpected delight – if we choose to see it that way.  We can become masters of change, knowing we are pointing ourselves in the direction we would like to go.  We point ourselves forward or backward with each thought, each word, each behavior, and each action.  We practice our point of contact.  We don’t realize it, but we do.  An old manager of mine had a great quote that has stayed with me for many years.  “What you think about, you talk about, what you talk about, you bring about, so what are you thinking about? This impacts change in your life.  What are you thinking about?”  Is it what you want? Is it who you want to be?  We have the power to direct change toward what is best for us, if we pay attention.
