Although people’s interests come in endless flavours and varieties, there is a goal that most of us tend to share—the quest to be happy. Of course, emotions come in cycles, and it’s rarely possible to be happy all the time. However, scientific research has shown us that we have the power to sustain our own happiness by adopting a series of simple practices.

According to Project Happiness, an organization committed to teaching critical happiness skills, those practices include mindfulness, gratitude, wellness, altruism, authenticity, connection to nature, and being driven by a sense of purpose. Driven by its own purpose, Project Happiness has spread its message to over 120 countries and built a community of over three million people.

Today, we are humbled, grateful, and extremely happy to share the news that we have become official contributors to the Project Happiness blog. We have several posts scheduled for the coming months, and you can already find our most recent posts here:

We are overjoyed to help represent a community that shares our vision to bring about the best in individuals and society by encouraging people to become more aware. As our consciousness expands, we gain the tools to become truly carefree. So please join us in spreading the happiness—starting with a happy new year!
